Shipping

UK only, for now

We ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet active.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail for everything up to 10 kg, which covers essentially every order, and DPD for the rare bulk order above that. We do not use Evri. Everything goes out in plastic-free packaging — paper mailers, paper tape, no poly bags.

How prices work

Shipping is weight-based, calculated from the total shipping weight of every item in your basket. The bands at present are:

• Up to 100 g — £1.65 (stickers and prints)
• Up to 750 g — £2.95 (a shirt, or a couple of totes)
• Up to 2 kg — £4.25
• Up to 5 kg — £5.95
• Up to 10 kg — £8.95
• Up to 20 kg — £12.95

Free UK shipping on orders over £50. For reference, a tee is about 220 g, a hoodie 620 g, and a mug 450 g.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders go out the next working day after payment, with tracking emailed when the parcel ships. Personalised items add one to two working days, because they're printed to order. Made-to-order items ship on or near the date shown on the product page.

Mixed baskets (in stock + made to order)

By default, mixed baskets ship together once the made-to-order items come off the press, so you only pay one shipping fee. If you'd rather have the in-stock items now, email us before the run date and we'll split the shipment.

Damaged or lost in transit

Email us within 14 days of expected delivery and we'll either refund or replace, whichever you prefer.
